so i got to thinking about my absolute favorite Christmas song the other night (see post title) and realized there's wisdom in the lyrics. on top of it being my favorite remixed tune on the infamous "Christmas remixed" album that jane patton purchased in walgreens and then bestowed upon olivia and i (and that i still listen to every winter), i also think that it means you can make Christmas merry no matter where you are or who you're with or what is going on in your life. so in that spirit, here's my attempt at making Christmas in Cairo merry and full of cheer. a tree is possibly in the works. more on that later.

okay, so we're not gathered near this year in real life. but let's me telepathically/Christmas spritedly/secret nantahellya santed-ly tied together. okay? greeaaaattt.
